Hi,

What is the difference between making for example a door in wed saving it as an map entity and importing it as an entity to use as a door and creating a door in med and importing as an entiry to use as a door?

The door can be created more in detail with MED
in WED you just can put some creapy wads on block and it doesnt look realy nice

med > models have verticies, and you have to make a 2d polygon mapping and place a skin to texture it. you can also add animation to the model.

Wed: good for level making and level models that can be walked on (ie elevators, buildings)

the short answer is : wed is for low detailed bodies and med is for high detailed ones , to make it more clear visit the "gamestudio spesifications" page in the main site
