moin moin^^,
here is our first team project.

"Kängu's Adventure Chapter 1" is the first part of our jump and Run series. The gameplay is similarly to Crash Bandicoot.

well the models looks nice so far and the intro is funny.

but the level... its kinda boring, just a straight street with repeating texture/objects. the "bürgersteig" should get another texture.

also, why is this imagine in the background (to hide popping levelparts) with a blue sky, and the level itself has a white sky? should be fixed there too.

the windows are waaaayy to big too and why are they infront of a stret xD?

needs lots of fixes yet.

the models look really good...but the level, needs tons of work...make the buildings more detailed instead of just big blocks..use diffrent textures for each building...try scaling the street texture down a bit..or change it all together...and add better lighting...the level seams way to empty, add more static models like props and what not...try not to use the same models over and over agien..maybe since its a street/city level try adding parked cars the player has to jump over or maybe ladders/platforms the player has to climb in order to get over areas of the street that are blocked off

yes its a nacasi project. Some anti-virus programs have a problem with the nacasi projects.

I will see, how i can capture the intro with a programm. I tried fraps and camstudio but the results were not good.

kudos to the texture artist. but the level design is awefull. boring design,t extures scaled way too big, wrong texture placement, incompetent lightning and so many texturing errors that my eyes hurt...

great tipp: TUTORIALS; TUTORIALS; TUTORIALS

but first scale down the textures, texture not visible surfaces with a texture whose flag is set to none (i set the default texture to none and just dont texture unseen surfaces), scale textures to a MAXIMUM of 0.25 (i reccomend 0.1), set some ambient and it looks so much better...

I agree that the Level design is bad/ugly^^, but it is done in just a few minutes^^.
The modells and the scripting was more important, but now we will work on the modells.

Soon we will release new screens of the levels.
