Your post name is , "All who want job better look here" , a job is when you do some work and you get "PAID". So your not offering any jobs , you are looking for people to make a team and work for free to try and make a game. So your post subject should have been , "Looking for a team to work on my game" or something , but not all who want job , because you arent offering any jobs.
