its skin looks much better, but your model still isnt the same shape of the pic, i dont know if wings supports this but put your model right over the background picture and manually align the vertices to the shape of the image.

I think this is possyble but I dont really understand what you mean
or do you mean I should select each vertice one by one and try to get them in the scale of the picture?

The weapon still look bad.

You should first try to make the mesh correctly,
according to the referencepicture.

Take this as reference:



Put your gun-pic into the background, roughly place vertices to all edges necessary for the shape.
copy them and shift them into the 3rd dimension.
Use horizontal scalation to adjust width properties and fit the vertices to the shape.
Then "polyginize" it, put the texture on it, finished.
