Don't you need to set the command line flag "-nc" for this to work?

Hmm why not use the engine sdk for to change the icon?

Anyway I think its legal to change the icon of game.exe, only not to change the engine splash (lower than pro) and or remove the 1 second A6 logo at gamestart with commercial applications. Just to make sure always ask Conitec because they could terminate the license if you violate

It's legal - It's documented this way in the publish-section of the most actual helpfile.
I' only found a resedit-tool to change the icon.

I would be interested in knowing this way of changing it too, how can I change it using the sdk? (I've got pro, but never really touched the sdk)
