first of all...... What is a good way to create a large map for say an rpg or something, without slowing down the engine or greatly killing thte compiling time?

second......When i export my skinned models to WED from MED they show up blue and donteven show up in the game.

and third....any good tutorials on MED skinning? Everytime i go to skin something it always comes out looking very bad and pretty much solid colored.

any help would b great!!

About skinning: To create proper skins for your models use programmes like Photoshop or free programmes like Project Dogwaffle or the Gimp (Look on the GS Wiki for links), also have a look at the MED skinning tutorials I made (either on AU recources or in the Tutorial part of the forum)
