how do i make my game run at full screen mode(btw, im writing my own script. no templates) can some one give me some insight? perhaps a simple line of code, or point me in the direction of a tutorial that could help me . thanks.

var video_screen=1; at the begin of your script should do it.

Next time don't put such a generic topic when asking a question. Also this is pretty basic stuff you could have found in the manual. Such search "full screen" and it would come up.

This isn't being mean, just helping you find your answers faster.

Its a beginners forum, so why not ask basic questions...

But it is also good to get used to looking up stuff in the manual,
I dont remember all commands either, so I often query the manual.

One of the biggest things I used to learn how to program was to look through the manual. Just look at this entry and that entry, often going "wow, didn't know I could do that." I learned quite a lot.
