My Question is How can i get rid of the up and down motion when walking? so its like halflife 2, and also speed up the walking without the sound speeding up as well??

You're obviously using the templates, and you are refering to the "head bobbing" motion they incorperate.

I don't use the templates, so I'm not exactly sure how they incorperate that. But as far as I know, they depend on the length of your animation, or more so the "stepping distance" your models animation uses. Perhaps if you could adjust the scale between movement & animating, you could keep your players feet from "doing a moonwalk", but also keep the sound from speeding up too much?

i know i could shrink the player but if i do everything will be to big, and if i shrink the level all the textures will need to be rezied as well wich would take way to long.
