hi everyone:
This is the most annoying thing:
I have a map entity of a house and It has nice shadows on it and everythig. Then, I copy it and put it somewhere else and it turns bright, no shadows , and really bad looking! This happens with models too. What's happening? I have version 6.5 BTW.

Map entities are pre-compiled, so they won't react to lighting in the level you put them in...

You can try to use dynamical lights. They react to models and map entities, I think.

You can also turn the ambient of the entities and the models down to make them darker.
