When you order Gamestudio or lite-C, shareIt sends you the key file immediately.

However when you ordered an upgrade, which I suppose you did, shareIt informs you that you'll get your key file and password within the next 2 days. This is because your password has to be verified. I see from the process protocol here that everything went fine with your order. Until your key file arrives you can work with A7 as a trial version.

ah, ok.. and this will also include the right password than for accessing the public beta, right?

BTW, ShareIT send me a message that my order could not be processed and included a link to try again. I did that and now am crossing my fingers that everything goes OK.

Can you check if the order shows up OK on your end ? I called the credit card company and they verified that it is not a problem with the credit card.

what can you buy there the A6 and the A7 pre-release,or?

Ok, the systems seems to work... orders are processed and money is accumulating in our bank account.

AndreasC: We have no order from someone from Hamburg currently in process on our server, so your order didn't make it so far. The response from ShareIt probably means that your credit card could not be charged. Maybe the card holder name was not consistent with the data stored at the credit card company, or something like that. You can contact their customer care center and check what to do. Maybe you can try a different payment method, like prepayment or PayPal.

i'm upgrading when i get home this arvo just so i don't do anything i'll regret, "Gamestudio/A7 Commercial Upgrade from A7/A6 Extra" will also upgrade from old A6 Extra (like, if i didn't buy A6 Extra this year and so am not eligible for the free upgrade to A7 Extra)? i know it says "A7/A6" so it seems self-explanatory, but buying A7 extra gives you "A7/A6" so i just want to be absolutely sure

Have just bought A6 -> A7 commercial upgrade. To bad its Shareit and if your from any country in the EU you must pay vat or something. Also it seems my webhost email is down and did not get any invoice from them. Oh and they don't have a re-send invoice button on the website

i have a little question about upgrading from A6 to A7:
is there anything like a student discount. I remember that for A6 commercial there existed a discout of 5%.

- Student discounts are not for upgrades.

- If the invoice email gets accidentally erased, contact ShareIt at their Customer Care Center. I suppose they can send you the invoice again.

- VAT has nothing to do with ShareIt - it's the law. But you can avoid VAT in Europe when you are a business and give your VAT ID when ordering.
