i remember a little while back, someone was working on a 3d shader. did anyone get a working one for A6 commercial? the thread is gone. i have an idea how it can work, is there a scripter that is good with shaders that can respond. my trick should work for all editions.

wtf is is 4d and 5d and what-do-i-know-how-much-d

in video games everything is 3d or if you are exactly 2d-triangles in a 3d-space, so what is 4d,5d,xyzd?

I don't think it was me you were referring to, but I was asking about a 3d shader. It's very tricky to do, and I'd still have to do more research to get it down.

Basically, you have two views. One for the left eye, and another for the right. One has a blue tint, the other has a red (or whatever color pair your using.

Had I a pair of 3d glasses, I might give it a try...

EDITL BTW: I almost forgot the most important part. You need a depth map for the offsets of the colors.

cool are the 3d glasses that work with polarisation, but that don't work with a pc-screen

it works with pc-screen... you just need two monitors
or use two cameras to simulate eyes to feel depth

Never say never.

For all of these methods you will need two views

...It's all about how you use them.

i guess you could also work with a depth texture and change the texture coordinates by using it
but using two views may be easier
