my conclusion is that it is necessary for me to have polygonal level collision for static geometry. In newton that is not yet available yet.

...Like I said, it is possible, you just have to use compound collision (a group of sub entities forming the hull of an object. Yes, it's a bit of a pain=in-the=a**, but it provides good results...

what i meant was using newton with lite-c (in case you don't know -> i have posted an example in the lite-c forum). there you can use a lot more features than with the old newton plugin. you can also use model based level geometry...

Thanks for the Newton Lite-C contribution, hadn't seen that you have posted a working Demo. I will surely, look more into it. For the time being I have liked it very much, what ever time have I been able to look into it. There is no stickiness between two objects, a problem that is always present in 3DGS.

Please upload some links where one can find more examples and demos and related materials. I have liked the way it has worked up until now. Thanks for posting such a marvellous contribution and also pointing me to look for the demo.
Bye,
MSL.

I think one main reaseon for newton was that it is free, but because of an unlimited physics in A7 commercial this might change.
