Both can be found in the template file mtlFX.wdl in /template_6/code/. With a little copy and paste, it can easily be used as a standalone shader. Look through the file and you will find fx_water_mirror and fx_water_env, the latter being for A6(/A7) commercial.
I had the same problem. Check in MED, on skin settings, that the model doesn't have a material setup. If it does just untick the tick box, and your problem should be solved.
