You're right, but if I move the bullhole = ent_create(...) to after the parent is set then everything before that refering to the bullet hole entity becomes an empty pointer.

ok, two things, just as testDummy said... 1) put a wait(1); at the beginning of the bullethole action, this way it waits for the other stuff to be set first 2) Do the bullet = ent_create(); right after the if (you), before the calculations. This way you don't get sh*t about the empty bullhole pointer PS: Nice to see you around testDummy. I was just thinking yesterday where you had gone

Well, I don't get any errors. Except it's coming out real funky. Like, at first I can't see the bullet hole then I shoot the door down and then I see the bullet holes, but not where I shot at, and then move with the door...but they're not panning to the door they kinda float in mid-air with how ever the door moved. If you want I'll take some screen shots...but I don't know if they'll help much.

Okay, getting rid of vec_rotate in the bullhole action helped alot. Now the bullets at least end up where I shot at, but now if I shoot the door down the bullet hole follow it, but still remain upright... EDIT::Fixed that too =D there was a typo in the code, it was supposed to be you.pan not my.pan in vec_rotate, it fixed it. There are some other problems, like I need to make it tilt to the door too, but it looks like it should be smooth sailing from here =) but don't worry guys, you know I'll let ya know if I get stuck again =D =P

Uhg, this is really buggy. I can get the bullets to move exactly how the should...but I'm having alot of problems with the angel. I was thinking to use vec_to_angel, but I think this is going all way over my head. If anybody would like you help, I could even send my test level and my scripts (Which is you thought were useful in anyway, you could keep) This is complicated. Or so it seems PS: xXxGuitar511, did you listen to those songs?

No, havnb't had a chance yet. I've been woring alot of overtime trying to earn money for a vehicle. When I'm not working/sleeping/cleaning/eating,etc, I'm checking email and forum. Not much time to listen yet. I'll try tonight when I get off work...
I'll try and add this code to my current project, as I'll need it anyways...
