Why not? I have seen many horseshoe crabs where I live, they certainly do resemble trilobite fossils.
I dont really understand the point of debate with these creatures. Proving they are trilobites or not makes no advantage to either the creationists or science.
The basic essentiel question still remains about where they came from to begin with, where did they allegedly decend from? Who are their alleged predecessors? And perhaps more importantly, where did their myriad functions and organelles descend from? Their various defense and survival mechanisms are no doubt complex, what is the supposed evolution of their functions?
After I found out what omniology was I was interested to find that the author is an artist, you might not know that many paleontolgists started life as artists, and in fact the ability to know what a creature may look like by reference of only its bones is an ability which is unique to artists and paleontologists.
I dont have time to read all of the site right now, but if I get time Ill look it over closely on the weekend, though on first look it appears that the author does have some far out viewpoints.
But I think that the guy is asking people to suspend their intellectual discriminations long enough to approach everything with a deeper open mind. I think creationists and scientists should benefit from that questioning.
