you'll have to write the .fx file yourself as there isn't a standard one, just google a bit on HLSL and search for some tutorials or references and try to come up with some simple shaders first. Then when you get the hang of it just try to understand what happens with a bloom shader and write it

My old dll is not appropriate because it is too slow. I am making a new dll that does all this easily.
