yeah of course I can share the method
but I dont know if med has that function I did that in Wings its pretty simple:
you first create a block and smooth it 1 time I think its subdivision in MED
then theres a deform function named crumple and tighten you can use these functions to create them:

Picture 1: create a Block
Picture 2: smooth
Picture 3: smoothed Block
Picture 4: pres V for vertex-mode
Picture 5: right-click -deform-crumpple-normal
picture 6: cumpeled block
picture 7: smoothed it again and sized it up
picture 8: use crumple and tighten (tighten +crumpeled Block)
Picture 9: smoothed it once more :cool:
