We have developed a small game to Japanese company. The game works good (40-90FPS) on our computers (PIV 2Ghz, 512Mb, Geforce4 64mb). But it is working not good (10-40FPS) on japanese computers, their computers are nearly same and better than ours. What is the problem ? Japanese Windows, directx ? or Gamestudio ?

I don't think that Japanese computers are per se slower than Mongolian computers. So there should be a particular reason for that problem.
Send your customer a test version of your game that displays, or logs, the various rendering times (which you see when pressing F11). This could give you a hint which part of your level, user interface, or scripts is particularly slow on the computers of your customer.
