I was classified at a very young age to be one of the "smart" kids.
about every 2-3 years a teacher would push that I move up a grade(I was actually moved to the 4th grade math class when I was in 2nd grade, that lasted about a week)....this happened 4 times in my life.....I am inteligent, but get side tracked very easily...

Well.. I've been called as Insestical, Whinestick, Whiner, Whine, Insest Stick and so fort..

@Inestical, what is that for?

My nickname came from a group I started in 2002 called 'Ice Storm Games'. It was winter outside, I liked the ice designs on the road (don't ask) and there was a winter storm in Canada. It just clicked in my head somehow.

TheThinker:
When I first was registered to the Forums I was called "PsychoticGamer" (I was young) After a lot of flamewars, for example with photon, and my funny brother in this Forums I deregistered, because of the selling my A5 sybex. But, because I can't live without gamestudio I bought A6 Sybex (now A7 Extra). but I am no gamer anymore and my psychotic behaviour disapeared. Now I am studiing Psychology in Bochum and I don't think the name fits to somebody who wants to be a serious Psychologist. So I called myself TheThinker because:
I don't know
Every other username I wanted to have was blocked. So I choosed this name. I think Thinker is a non existent word in English. So nobody else has this name.

Patrick

You should read "The Analyst" (dt. Titel "Der Patient") by John Katzenbach.

mk.1 => mk are my initials
My first nick name here was Einheit2 (A4) which changed to night_devil (A4/A5 times, some may remember me) and finally to mk.1 (A5/A6)

I was playing PnP "Shadowrun" back in 91-92 and I created a character who was jacked up speed wise: Called him Fastlane as in "Life in the...". Became my first handle.

The 69 is because fastlane is almost always taken and thus if I have to add numbers, it might as well be the perfect number for spirituality and sexuality!

"Puhmann" ... its from a german kids-song, which is about a character who's named "Paule Puhmann" and travels around the world. [My real name is Paul]

But I'm on to change my nickname into "Puhgee" - its less childish and has its origin in a wordcreation from a girl... ;-)
