Ich habe das lensFlare00.wdl als Script eingebunden und erwartet, dass ich dann in meinem Level die Lensflare automatisch angezeigt werden - dem ist leider nicht so. Was mache ich falsch? Freue mich über eine Antwort.

Create an 8 element "lens flare" in the level.

so steht es im Manual - muss ich noch was besonderes beachten? Einen speziellen Himmel einfügen, ein Licht oder...

Habe leider nix hier im Forum gefunden. Bin ich der Einzige, der das Prob hat?

let me tell my prop in english. What i try to do is, great a Lens Flare Effect in one of my Game-Level.

Here is a general rundown what I do:

1. step: I put a large Plate in my Level
2. step: put a Texture on it
3. step : apply the sky00.wdl
4. step: apply the lensFlare00.wdl
5. step: add a model with a WalkThru_Project.wdl
6. step compile and run the level

At all, i am not able to see any Flareeffects in the game. And this drives me greasy!
I did do a forum search and read info on leaking in the manual but it does not address this problem. Could I get more information on what this means and how to correct it or is it something I should be concerned with? Thank you!

Thanks for the response. How can i set the sun? I just change the suncolor and customize the sun-azimuth to 90 and sun-elevation to 70.Is ther anything else I should do?

I have just made a testlevel to test this, but it does not work for me either.
Maybe ask the question in the templates forum.

I work out the same procedure in Gamestudio 6.6 and it works fine. Must be one of the uncounted Bugs in 7.05. There is a really need to fix this Bugs in 7.06

this behavior is also in 7.06. you can do one of two things to get things working again. the first is to check "create meshes" before building, if that does not fix it then you will have to change the "layer" value of each of the flares in the lensflare00.wdl from -6 to 8. one of those fixes should get the flares visible again!

Loopix made MistyMoods (in the contributions forum) for A6/A7 C-Script it has the lensflare sample working. You can take a look how it's done.
