Looks nice, but I wouldn't add blood to the mouth because this makes it look more like a vampire
I know zombies bite as well and get blood at their mouth but a typical zombie feature is lots of wounds to the head area.

Cheers

the texture could use quite a bit more detail, but the geometry is accurate. the only complaint with that i have is the hair could be added to it.

The head has a very good shape, could be the head of a hero, but it is way too highpoply!

I realy don't think the poly count is to high for the A6 & A7 engine I have run
models with a much higher poly count and had no impact on the engines frame rate when the full zombie models are finnished I would estimate the the triangle count to be around 5000 and from what I have read that is a good count for todays engine,The way I work is to make a good head and try to save the poly count on the body. That way you can still have good looking models without any impact on the framerate

yes but its not represtentative in the texture quality, you have a huge amount of polys on an object that looks like it has little detail for even a 128x128 resolution skin.

Yes I do agree with you the skin could do with a lot more detail this is one of the reasons I made it available to download so people could tell their thoughts about it then thing can be done before the finnal pack comes out thankyou very much for all your advice on the model

I've never had much trouble with poly count until recently when I modeled a sniper rifle with over 28000 poly's. A very nice and detailed weapon. Nice zombie head. Keep up the good work.
