ok, easy fix. go to wed, look at both properties of cbabe and weapon. scale the weapon model to the cbabe scale, if she is 2.5, make the weapon 2.5, when she picks it up, there it is. another issue is, she has her own weapon, adn this weapon doesnt blend with her animations, so you might have to go to MED and merge with her model and change the animations, but that is time consuming.
