hahahaa, i am so stupid!!

i turned on the stencil shadows, that made performance take a hit, LOADS!
anyway, it now runs fine with about 5 ragdolls.. and only a "LOD" update for the legs are in place yet.
still working on the upper body, i dont think it really matters MUCH, but anything'll do.. and besides that, learning from that is great for other people as well
i'll get back on this subject asap. right now, im just gonna continue programming with it ^_^

im building in the final optimising code...

currently got 2 systems in, one that rotates bones only when passing a certain degree in relation to the last update.
and one that removes ragdolls if there are more then a set number (it instead creates an actor with polygon collision).
both tested and work fine so far. only thing i wanna get in now is a system that shuts the ragdoll down when it came to a dead halt (aka, not moving anymore at all). should be easy and implemented rather fast

after that, i can work on a demo level, which isnt that much of work, and should have this done at the end of the weekend

well...this is great but I don't understand if this is free or commercial project. I don't understand because on beggining you said that you'll sell it and now people are saying it's free.

hehehee, i made up my mind, i wanted to initially sell it. but with selling stuff comes responsibilty to have updates and all... simply because i dont have all that time. i throw the code at ya, and you have to figure out yourself.. thus it's free (ok, credits are welcome ofcourse ).

just fixed an FPS eating issue! this is coming alon nicely now

finally got the testlevel done, i present to you, the first screenshot!
(made in maya, exported as FBX and imported in MED... works like a charm!)



It's a playtest environment, never ment to look pretty, and is FULL of texture stretches, but who the hell cares, it's about the ragdoll fun .. which i'll implement right now

great, it's almost finished. I have one idea and suggestion. The demo will be 3X better. You take some character model and make body parts out of him and use them as you use those cubes. It's not hard and it should make this demo really great.
