I propose a "Physics Contest". It could be the built in Ode physics system, or some external physics system can be used. It would be fun to see some cool Physics demos. And the best demo would win the contest.

I prefer a level design contest again! would love to anticipate in that once (see if i can live up to the legendary lennart_hillen).

I want a game contest again, but both level design and physics contests would be fine with me too.

Cheers

I would like a "sort of demo-scene" contest! You take a piece of music and make an aesthetic demo/visualization for it.

a physics contest would be nice. at the time of the first physics contest only pro users had access to the physics engine and newton wasn't around. now everyone can use the internal physics engine or newton so there should be many great entries.

or a level design contest for levels which use the ABT features and the new map compiler but i am not sure when the new map compiler will be 100% done?

or a "replace the old warlock (and so on) characters with something more modern (bone animations,...)" contest.

There are a lot of things to be replaced: the models, the standard.wad (iiiek!), the #default texture... I like that idea.

Well I would like to meet you in the contest then, as I have some real surprises here. And I intend to go the Newton way as it is more promising than other physics.
