This is the "Doom like specularBump shader" in the 2.0 and 3.0 shader version from the Massive shader collection!!

Don't really now the meaning of this, maybe he's just showing a difference between 2.0 and 3.0 but actually that wouldn't make any sense too.
I think you need to clear it abit more out than just showing it in picture Realplayer
