Well, you could save them as 3ds format and import them. They lose animations, skins, etc. Poser content is WAY high poly, copyrighted and forbidden for use in other apps, so best to not use them...

Not sure if it's still working and the helpfile is in german, but found this little converter program from Lanzet3 called "Polygon/Vertex-Reduzierungspack" should be able to turn 3ds models with 20000 polygons into 5000 or models with 5000 into 800 polygons.

My Polygon-Reduzierungstool is working good,if you first load the model into the new MED and export it than into 3ds for reducing. But notice: Animation and skin will be away!Save the textur before reducing! Look at my fishpack-demo!The original-models from toucan has between 4000 and 8000 vertices,I reduced them to 400-500!After that I skined them new and animated them. @D3D Hey,bist wohl ein SilentDesign-Member?Oder woher kennst Du mich als Lanzet3?
