Well, simply amazing! You can see some color corrections shaders, motion blur, a very nice water, a improved bloom, and a few more shaders. You can see also the terrain with a vegetation system that fades in/out the vegetation, and a few more stuff.
run fats and smooth , but what PC config ? The outdoor scene could have some structure (oblivion houese ) and some more animated models just to see if it runs even smooth in that case ?
But nice, they v'e done a terrain editor that includes grass placement ?

if you can run that demo that I posted a while ago, you will also be able to run that. It had a increased on fps parts. They did some code cleaning and add a lot optimizations. About adding more stuff on the terrain... I agree with you, but they are using their time to optimize features and implement new ones.
The terrain editor has also a vegetation system. You can add grass, tress, etc, that it will show on marked areas, and it will fade in/out.
Also, BSP is going away(I don't know if I can say that yet.)
Overall, a rather nice looking little engine. The biggest "no buy" flags for me though:
--currently only exports from 3DS MAX (and probably only version 8 or 9...) --only runs on Windows 2k and XP, even though it *looks* like it's using OpenGL? --seems fairly heavy on the 'gotta know programming' side.
But definitely an engine to keep an eye on.
