Creating a online game is not a easy task. I have created a login system and player(s) dialog for a simple online racing game that take me months of frustration and it still does. Maybe it's just me, but I think you need a team.
That said and thinking about that this is the Jobs Wanted forum. You should ask a moderator to move this post to Jobs Offered instead and maybe warm the other members up a little with more details about the game you like to create.

shiva needs you to install additional plugins before you can run anything made with it on the web. papervision on the other side, only requires the standard flash, that most people already have on their pcs.
yes. but i doubt that papervision ofers the same opportunities as shiva does. of course, developing a game in flash is much more convenient on the compatibility side.
You can also use shockwave , from what i hear it's suppossed to be a little more complicated but you can do 3d stuff with it. I've seen some games made with it and they';re not bad at all, so it's definately worth checking out. http://www.shockwave3d.com/
@ alleen: By default XP have flash installed, but that version also has a serious security flaw and it's not flash8/9 so the end-user might still need to update and install the current flash plugin from the Adobe website on his/her computer. If someone does that to play the game, why would they not install the Shiva plugin?
