WHAT HAS BEEN UPDATED

3D Rad
Added support for new and improved objects.


SkinMesh
added support for multiple animation sets and run-time control of what animation set to play (either via Event objects or Script)
added smooth animation blending when switching from one animation set (e.g. walking) to another (e.g. running)
added frame-animation functionality. Animation can now be achieved also by using a sequence of different .x files
added 3d model library management. You can organize all your own 3d models in a library without having to clone the SkinMesh object
fixed bug preventing some bone-animated models to load properly
fixed a number of small bugs


Car
added wheel offset/size parameters to property dialog
added options to hide car-body/wheels geometry (useful when you render the car with custom SkinMesh-based geometry)
added ability to place the virtual editor cursor to the center of individual parts of an object, like the wheels of a Car
fixed throttle not working properly when the car was driven upside-down in a radial-gravity-based system (e.g. lower hemisphere on a planet)
fixed current car's .ini file not being always re-read after it was updated unless 3D Rad was closed and re-launched


Script
fixed iSystemTime() function returning UTC-based time instead of local time


HighwayConstructionKit
fixed normal maps not working for non-asphalt details


Joint
fixed rotational limit hardness/strength factors crashing the program when set to zero

I 've watched some videos and can say their sort of car layer
is a great system fro 3D artists t odirectly integrate their own 3D car and
apply physics really easily

They are selling system is really really bad :
By engine , buy car system, buy car layer , buy particle system ... etc ...
Stop this ...
Can't they put all in one package and sell a complete engine ??
Is it a laught ???
Or are they as awfull commercial people as that ? are they a real
company to sell all modules separatly ? this is non sense ...

Well i won't buy that for my part , even less with such a so poor
system (buy engine parts ... arrrrrrrrghhhhhhhhhhhh !!

While my opinion may differ from yours or 3D rad developer's, here i paste a quote from their forums:

While I still believe that the 3D Rad libray is going to be too big to be bundled in one single item, I now think that we should make any possible effort to group complementary items together, to make our offer as clear as possible.

From our sales data we have found that certain items, like for example SkinMesh, PhysicsPack, Compiler, Particles etc are purchased together 95% of the times.

We could identify a few possible item-groups that could be bundled and we are working to put them online as soon as possible.

Items that are currently offered individually will still be available as single products for some time for those who prefer the current method and/or have already purchased individual items and plan to to buy others.

We shall notify all users about this new sales strategy as soon as it is active.

Once again, I want to thank everybody for the feedback!!
