Hi,

i just got the error message mentioned above.
I looked for it in the Help file, and it states the following:
"You've used game_load for loading a .sav file that was saved by a different game or script file. Variables or objects could have been overwritten, so better exit and re-start (after deleting the faulty .sav file)."

The thing is I didn't use game_load on the script. And there is no .sav file anywhere.

Before the problem started I saved a map entity, loaded it on my level, and duplicated it. It also occurs that this map entity only appears once, its copy does not show when I play the level.
So, was I clear enough? Was I clear at all?

So,

I solved it, but if anyone would care to enlighten me about the technical reasons of what happened, here it is:
The block I built as a map entity was marked as DETAIL on its property tab.
After I unchecked it DETAIL flag the Malfunction error W1508 was gone and now I am able to load two instances of the same map entity.
But why?
What does the DETAIL feature implies to an entity?
