Hi,
I have a terrain named "tterain_n.hmp". "_n" for the nonchunked thing.
To be sure the var "terrain_chunk" is set to zero.
So, here comes the problem. i sent a trace from the mouse position to the terrain with SCAN_TEXTUR, USE_POLYGON and IGNORE_PASSABLE. But the hit.u1 and hit.v1 vars remains by 0. The hitvertex var is always -1.
I tested this vars with a "model terrain". They work without any problems with ->models (!). If I deactivate IGNORE_PASSABLE the hitvertex var gives only the values 5 and 6.
Please help me. Is there a trick or something I'ver forgot to do.

Ha ha,
again a question of me, nobody can answer to.
Please move this to bughunt, because i think it is one.
In the manual is no sign of a note like "Not working with terrains"

You can try to disable use_polygon, at least in a6 the c_trace function already uses polygon for terrain.
