why the (A5, A6) .MDL model format support only the limit of 349 animation frames? the Blitzbasic have the (.b3d) model format with unlimited number of animation frames! Ps: 3000 frames make a file size of 300k

A5/A6 .mdl format supports more than 349 frames. I'm not sure what the exact frame limit is, but it is far higher than 349. I have models with over 400 frames without any problems.

I can't send you the model, because the whole presentation is over 5GB. The model is created with Motion Capturing (Filmbox, finishing in 3DMAX and exported as MDL). To save polygons, the face textures are animated movies.
Fly to Hongkong to see the Jack animation!
