Can 3DGS make the Texture and faces size depend on distance to the camera?
i'm not sure what this technique is called but i know they use it in alot of console games.

Faces? Do you mean the number of polygons/triangles a model has. When the camera gets futher away it should reduce the number of them?

This is called LOD (level of detail). Pro edition has a built in LOD mechanism but there are ways to do it using code.

There are a couple of tutorials on LOD in http://au.conitec.net/

If you didn't mean this then please explain what you meant...
