Hey...the swiss devs do exist!!!

I recently had contact with one of the developers of this engine.

The engine handles fast and effective shadowmapping and has outstanding LOD management and performance optimization.

The Editors interface has a clear and straight foreward layout. It's got cool terrain editing functions. AGEIA PhysX is integrated...

There are some testscenes wich you can load into the editor(after installing). No real game demo yet. Also the engine requires good programing knowledge to get something working...too hard for me

Thanks for the link. It definitly is a really interesting engine.
There is in fact a simple FPS style sample game, included in the SDK available on the site.
And there is a commercial game developed with the GIANTS engine.
http://www.landwirtschafts-simulator.de which is going to be shipped wihtin the next 2 weeks.
The engine is scriptable using the lua language, which is extremly powerful, fast and easy to code.

Im sure I will have lots of fun with this great piece of software.
