The Sex Ed Game - Project Release
ISER Games announces it's first release, The Sex Ed Game: How Much Do You Really Know About Sex? - a fun sex education game for teens. This game was designed to make having "the talk" about coming-of-age issues more fun for teens and parents, and to give educators an effective tool to engage today's youth. The Sex Ed Game quizzes players on such issues as: Health Risks and Sex Abstinence and Pregnancy Risk Ethics and Sex Guy's Health Girl's Health Love and Relationships Drugs, Alcohol, & Emotional Health Sex in the Media Diagrams are provided to help with questions regarding anatomy.   The Sex Ed game offers non-timed gameplay for 1 to 4 players (or teams) and allows complete Content Control and password protection for parents and educators. High scores can be saved, and the help can be found on the ISER Games website with a knowledge base and user forum. Teacher's Tools and tutorials are also available. Sex Ed is the gayest thing in the galaxy , as a parent , Sex ed for a young male should = a couple of Extreme XXX DVDs , Sex ed for a young female should = being forced to watch a movie about young runaway teens turned prostitutes turned crack whores selling themselves for dime of soda, followed by the phrase , if you do it , consider yourself homeless. LOL . A sex Ed game is LAME idea , who in their right mind would sit with their children to "play" a game to teach them about sex ? But like Foxy said, maybe some schools will pick it up as part of their sex ed class , good luck with the project , though not a fan of the angle on which u seem to be approaching video games I always support any project being made with GameStudio . Now lets all get together and make a game about the romance between a people mutilating midget and a child eating girraffe , who together must face the world to protect their everlasting animalistic passion for death. Damn , we gone be rich.

Well, let's see, why *would* anyone want to make a game that actually teaches teens the realities about sex in a healthy, positive way? I think your comments, Why_Do_I_Die, actually makes points for why this would be a good idea. I'd bet good money that the majority of teenaged boys and young men learned about "sex" by watching porn, and as a result, have a very inaccurate view of that *real girls* are like, which probably has an effect on their ability to have healthy relationships... or relationships *at all*. The same goes for girls, who are exposed to less than ideal role models when they watch television, movies, and music videos. My guess is that no one plans to grow up to be a "prostitute or crack whore" (as you so elegantly put it), but unfortunately it happens, which might be prevented if they had more positive influences as they were growing up.
I wish you luck on whatever game project you are working on. Do post here when you publish it - I'd be happy to offer some honest, constructive feedback when you do.

I think the fact that somebody, who I assume has had Sex Ed in school, would say this is an excelent example on why Sex Ed teaching needs all the help it can get.

dont know about the content of the game but try to get some names from know sex education teachers, writers aso. with it then you could try to get this games into shools and official "spaces". about the questions: i am not able to answer the one from the shot. but i feel the duty and i am prepared to participate in any sort of field test  keep it up looks like you did all work right so far
