Eventhough I absolutely completely and totally agree with most of the arguments against TheExpert's behavior, let's not bash him. We know his behavior, we know his reactions, why not 'ignore' him instead like grown-ups? Wise men do not fight, they make up and walk away.

on-topic: i wrote them an email, but they did not write back, the leader's email even does not exist at all (mail delivery error). strange thing.

I`m very sorry that I ignored your Email but I`m not working on the project anymore! I don`t want to be rude or anything and I don`t want to insult Markus because he is a great model and level designer but this is one of the reasons why I quit working with him! For a short time he is very interested in the project and works very fast but after some time he suddenly disappears.
I worked with him on this project for a long time and we "restarted" the project for about two or three times but it always ends the same!
I don`t want the project or Rastafari to seem bad and I think after working together for a few years he knows that I wont insult him.
If he realy wants to complete what he begun this time I can only support him!

I've seen lot of times such scenarios (and experimented it also )in indie scene.
That's hard to find a team that can work regulary and constantly on a project.
For lot of reasons and personnal some times, any member can leave the project suddenly.

that's a little sad caus the character looked good.

yeah. if the main developer puts a job ad to the website and then he does not answer mails, it does not cast a good light on him, nor on his seriosity about this project.
