Hey, this picture shows the engine's shader functions and lighting. The model shadows are actually standard A7. Enjoy =D Credits (Onyx Team): Overview: Michael Auerbach - Direction Scott Bryans - Production Textures: Wolfgang Schall Michael Auerbach Shaders: Michael Auerbach Models: Michael Auerbach public domain

? This is my shader engine: Onyx Engin3 (tm) Not A7's engine Also, what would you imrpove on the graphics, i really would like suggestions. Right now it uses radiosity lighting with specular transfer. The shaders are Normalmapping with height and detail mapping + specular and radiosity mapping. please comment - also, the shadow is the only part being calculated by the A7 engine, I just wanted to show the compatability between the two. -Michael-

well for the radiosity lighting it is actually. As for the shaders, they can work with/without the engine. However, the engine adds specular + diffuse radiosity lighting, decal managment, and some other nice bonuses. The engine also boasts nice physics and other effects that are unique but easily controlable through c-script / A7
