funny indeed. however, i summarize: "read every eula of every OEM bundled software package carefully, do not redistribute our OEM CDs, if you don't agree to that, send it back". nothing new to me, really... except that dell displays a disclaimer now...?
in former times, shop pcs had windows, office, encarta, flightsimulator etc. preinstalled and you were not asked a single question about a license agreement. and noone cared.

Interesting. I am surprised that none of the managers considered just pulling out a copy of the CD and printing out the EULAs stored on there. Either way this approach pretty much makes the whole thing unenforcable.

Actually they can if there's sufficient reason to assume that people could have (or should have) read or known about the license agreement.

Otherwise people would simply ignore the usual abundant 'reminders' about reading the licenses too, right?
