I tried out PECompact 2.82 to compact my files. My d3dx9_30.dll was corrupted during the compression. But I did not realize that I had chose all the files in the folder and now the I cannot Run or Publish the /work/techdemo

I tried reinstalling and chose Repair. That helped to a certain degree but I still cannot Run/Publish the techdemo.

My 3dGS versions are A6 Engine Standard 6.60 GameStudio 6.31 WED V6.751 SED 6.51: what is the correct procedure to re-install?

I reinstalled on my second XP computer. I had already installed the 3DGS A7 trial version. Now, I see that although I can Publish, after having errors, and troubleshooting, and now when I run the techdemo executable, it loads from A7 Engine instead. How do I prevent that from occuring?

I have not been able to Run/Publish any more wdl files. Any ideas?
