I didn't have any problems with importing the V2 bookmarks and favorites. Did you try to just reinstall version 3 or did you ex- and import the settings (because that's what I did - export the files using the bookmark manager and then importing that file with version 3)...

I also had that scrolling issue. Disabling the setting "Automatischen Bildlauf aktivieren" right above the smooth scrolling option via Einstellungen -> Erweiter -> Allgemein -> bei "Browsing" (german descriptions) did fix it for me...

EDIT:
Well ok after some testing it didn't "fix" it but imo it got better...

I checked it a while and I think this is the best firefox version up to now, more stable, faster and better looking.

But I realized that the websites and their fonts still look better and smoother in Safari. It is more easy and looks more beautiful to surf the web with this one.

You can change how font is displayed in the options.

I tried that but it is not the same. It looks more smooth in Safari.
Maybe I have to get me a MacOS in the future.

i´m not so happy about the new firefox.
i hoped that he gets a better download-manager (a manager who allows me to continue the download later).
and he dont like one of my made websites... i set the tablewidth to 100% and he ignores it
and i dont like this ugly back-button. the one of version 2 was better :p
