Indeed, the phrasing might be a bit confusing for some.

an assumed interpretation:
The commercial version includes the product, and the source materials used to build that product.
With a little effort, new resources can be produced from the source materials.
Other versions include the product only.

Of course, that might be based on a flawed assumption or three.


Depending on location, there might be nearly a whole day of leeway in that declaration.

soure files means layered PSD i assume, which is indeed valuable and useful.
