Wow, I nearly missed this thread! Thanks you all so much I had quite a blast yesterday. I hate all these contemporary 'social' events that we have to follow, like (in my age) we -have- to go to a bar or coffee place and buy everyone drinks, so i tend to get a bit more creative on my b-days. Last year it was sort of a picnic with beer and music in a national park and the year before that I did it on the top of a maintain. Yesterday i threw in a mini beach party. I ordered pizzas, booze (of course), we lit up some fire pois, and all in all it was really fun
But that's enough going out for me for this month.. back to work!
