i worked on my game on xp in 07. and when i try to start working on it again i moved the game over to a new computer running vista, and with no change of the code the level wont load. all the entities load fine but the map itself is nonexistant but still has collision detection. also the font which is used for the gun ammo also doesnt show up. i use level_load ("fps_game_map.wmb"); in my function_main. also when i run the level it says "A6 WMB: Unsupported Feature." please note this all worked perfectly fine on the xp before i got the new computer with vista. any advice????????

The free lite-C version does not support A6 WMB levels. That's the meaning of that error message. You need a full Gamestudio version for compatibility to A6 levels.

Probably you have, instead of moving your Gamestudio version to the new PC, installed the free version on it, for whatever reason.

I'm moving this to "Beginners" as it does not belong to the Bug Forum.

If the game uses an A6 level, then yes. The free version is normally not backwards compatible to A6. Maybe some older lite-C version was.

You can find a comparison table at http://www.3dgamestudio.com/order7.php
