Okay, so as the title has mentioned, I am a complete beginner with absolutely no experience with this type of programming.

I looked around the forum and stumbled across these "Workshops". But I'm in a bit of a bind - I don't know for certain how to use these.

I have a hunch that I just study the code, but just in case, could someone please point me in the right direction? Thankies! <3

P.S: I searched for "How to use Workshops" and I didn't notice any relevant results, but just in-case, please forgive me if this exact question is all over the place. ^^;

For programming look at the lite c and yes you look at the code and study it and if you click each piece of code it will explain it to you a bit.

If you have a friend you can also edit the code to your liking just make sure they make it into a .pcx format.

If you have some time i'd suggest reading the Acknex User Magazines and GameStudio manual too. There are almost 80 AUM's and you get source code all for free, but back to your question: Be more specific about what you do not understand or like someone to explain; For now I can only tell that you start using the workshops by sitting down with a nice cool drink nearby and going trough all of them step by step. Along the way you become more and confident and learn many new things. Have fun!
