I have a template for making fonts that I use. Do you use Paint.NET? If not I can give you the image in tga format.

Well, what i have is a "grid" template done as well as a text file that shows what should be put where, and you nee to know that you have to skip the first line. I also included a font with it to show an example. Considering that you use those programs, making a font should be easy. Also remember that you can resize the grid as much as you want, so if your font is tall or wide you can resize height or width and still be on the grid. Just remember that you need to find out each character's height and width before using them in 3DGS. Now, without further ado, here's the archive: Get it!

Why don't you just use Harry Potters Font Generator?
