I spent some time at this model,You can use it to any game works(Including commercial game).

You do not have any signed and referred to the author,all is free.Hope you like it,lol..
In fact, some parts need more details, but to consider a matter of time,no longer revise the terms of her.
Note:The model does not include animation and MDL format.(I do not know how to resolve the issue of transparent channel,sorry for this..)

how can i import her in my game?

import into MED then save as a mdl7 file

Just what I need.

Edit: Mdl Import:

-Import it as 3ds into MED
-Save the skin as pcx file
-Separate the hair as own group
-Apply the tga file to the hair group, the pcx file to the rest
-Uncheck the material setting at the first (tga) skin

Further you can separate the transparent parts in the tga skin, so it gets smaller.

You still have to download Nalan's Pack, because of the skin texture.

I only modified the scale of the feet, because they are too small in the original model.

Still a question, Nalan, this is such a nice model, are you sure that everything is free, means, everything is made by your own, and we don't violate any second owner's rights, f.i. the texture?
