I hope someone can give me a hand with this one.

I have a model that is a paddle for a 3D pong/breakout style game. The model currently has 16 frames for the different widths that can be set based on skill level and game dynamics. Currently when I change widths the size steps through the sizes and it looks somewhat "chunky." I'm wanting to transition smoothly between the various widths but I really haven't figured out how to do that.

For what it's worth, there are no bones in the paddle model and it is a fairly simple design where the center section remains the same and the ends stretch out from there.

Any help would be appreciated,

Mario

I wish it were that simple but the paddle is more complex than a simple rectangle so scaling an axis distorts its shape too much.

Thank-you! I had completely overlooked ent_animate() in the manual. It's working well now.
