Hi all,
Now I have 6.2 (com), I would like to try out the shaders by coding some of them myself. Can someone please tell me where I can started in beginning to understand shaders and how they are coded please. (Can they be coded in C-Script? or will I need to dust off my c++ skills .)

Thanks in advance.

Shaders are written in direct X assembly language. You can also use the fixed function D3d code to do material effects. Look at some of the shader examples posted in this forum..
