hi I am new too game development with this software,
I'm having a problem with the lighting. The sun is set to 0,
and the ambient is set to 0, so there is no light in the room I have created.the obvious thingto do is to increase these values so that I have sunlight in my level (I have a sky texture on the ceiling). But as soon as I try to add any amount of light that compiling time is ridiculous for such a small room. Am I doing something wrong that is quite simple? Thank you

Hi, if you used WED blocks to build, you need to make sure precision is implemented by aligning each corner with all others etc.
No bits should poke out anywhere in your block levels as this will add to the light calculations and increase build time significantly.
Then, place a sky box around the room which will lower the visibility calculations
or set the build to create meshes.

Yeah I once made this mistake as well. A simple Skybox will go a long way in compile time, vice leaving the whole world or room open.
