when i open projects section on the forum, topics are alligned wrong - from the oldest to newest.
and that's not the case only on my pc

You can order topics by clicking on the column title. It was always this way.

Yes but it changes back everytime you visit the site, thats what the problem is

Maybe it's the default topics order in Projects forum, just go down and choose "Descending" and click "Change". But it'll return if you closed the page.

Maybe its something with your cookies, check if your cookies are enabled for the forum domain, opserver.de.

cookies are fine. i tried it on several different browsers and on another pc, same thing. this started happening few weeks ago. and it only happens with "projects", everything else is just fine

yes, and if you sort by newest post, it gets ordered but when someone posts something new, it gets reversed again.
i currently set it to show topics that were active in last 2 days, which is generally not more then 9-10 and fits 1280x1024 screen all together.

but it wasnt like that before, so can Conitec do something about it?
